SHOWCASES BASED ON SQUARE FOOTAGE

Showcase 1200 - $225 - Property listings under 1200 total square feet.
Showcase 2000 - $275 - Property listings up to 2000 total square feet.
Showcase 3000 - $325 - Property listings up to 3000 total square feet.
Showcase 3000+ - $350+ - Property listings over 3000 total square feet.

PROPERTY RESHOOT/SEASON CHANGE - $75

We all know there are those times when a property may sit on the market through a season, specifically our winter season. We off an inexpensive option to reshoot the exterior of the property to give your listing an updated and fresh look.

AERIAL SHOWCASE - $100

We have two options for you when it comes to taking to the skies.

Aerial Standalone - $150
Aerial Add-on - $100

With our aerial services, you will receive 5 to 10 polished photos documenting the property and surrounding areas.

TRAVEL CHARGE - $25

We keep it simple, any property outside of a 20 mile radius from our studio will incur a $25 travel charge up to 60 miles. Any property you have us travel to that is over 60 miles away the charge will be $50.

DEDICATED LISTING WEB PAGE - $20

We have an extremely exciting option for marketing your listing on social media platforms as well as direct emails. With our dedicated listing web page, you get a 100% branded to you listing page to display and market where you so choose. You can view an example here.
